Today, SPEEDWELL’s portfolio boasts approximately 150,000 sqm of office and retail space, over 6,000 apartments, and 23,000 sqm of industrial space, with a total project value estimated at around 1.5 billion euros. Recently, SPEEDWELL expanded its operations into Poland, targeting a development portfolio there to mirror its Romanian achievements.

Future plans include launching QUEENS District in Q2 2027 and progressing the CityZen project, now in the permitting phase.
